By using BKSubscribe, you agree to the Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. You are bound to these Terms of Use if you use the BKSubscribe site ("Site") and processes.

• This Site is for the use of Book Authors to promote their books via newsletters and emails.
• You agree to only add subscribers that have indicated their intent to subscribe to your mailing list.
• Any subscriber wanting to be removed from your list will be removed promptly at their request. An unsubscribe link is added to all mail messages sent to your subscribers.
• You will not use BKSubscribe services for bulk, spam-type email. All subscribers must verify their intent to subscribe to your list via the double-opt-in process in place on BKSubscribe.
• No adult or illegal or inappropriate material (content, text, images, etc.) is allowed to be stored on or sent via this Site. BKSubscribe and owners and associates are sole determinators of appropriateness.
• We may monitor your data, including templates and mailings, to ensure that you are not using this service to provide illegal or inappropriate content. We will not modify your data, but we may temporarily or permanently disable your access to your data or to any BKSubscribe services, including mailings. We will notify you if we intend to take any action, or take action, against your account.
• This Site and/or operators reserve the right to limit or remove any person's or entity's data for any reason. We will attempt to notify you of any actions, including disabling or removal, of the data associated with your account. We may allow access to your subscriber access before removing you data.
• While the Site owners and operators intend to keep this service active, there is no guarantee of service or availability. Any services, including email delivery, are not guaranteed. This Site or owners and operators are not liable for any damages, actual or implied, due to any issues with the services provided by this Site.
• Although this Site uses industry best practices to protect data from access by unauthorized persons or entities, there is no guarantee implied or given that the data can be kept confidential. The Site is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the release of any data from this site.
• The Site, and owners and operators, are not responsible for any damages that may occur due to any part of the Site and it's services not working properly. No refunds or damages will be given to Site users or mail recipients due to issues with any of the Site's processes or serviceability.
• The annual billings for this Site are provided via an annual subscription paid via PayPal. This Site provides a way to cancel that annual subscription, but you are responsible to ensure that the subscription is canceled on your PayPal account or other methods of payment.
• Any violation of these Terms of Service may result in immediate disabling or deletion of any or all your account data, at the discretion of the owners and operators of this Site. We will notify you of such actions whenever possible. There are no refunds for any subscription amounts, nor a pro-ration of credits or refunds if your account is disabled .
• Any cancellation of your account by you or the Site owners and operators will not include any refund of any charges made by or to this Site.
• As a user of this Site and services, you agree to these Terms of Use by your continued use of this Site and services. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use this Site and it's services.
